Justin Bieber AIN’T The Daddy: Accuser Drops Suit
I think most of us saw this one coming. The clearly disturbed woman who accused Bieber of taking her virtue near a filthy public toilet, Mariah Yeater, 20, has dropped her paternity suit against the “Baby” singer. Apparently, threats to sue the britches off Yeater for the outrageous accusation–in which she also said Bieber fathered her now 4-month old son–by Bieber’s lawyers finally worked.
Unfortunately for Yeater, that cool pay day she was hoping to get won’t happen. And now she’s infamous and globally hated by Bieber fans everywhere. Which means her future will be limited to trailer park living and night shift jobs at the Waffle House.
Luckily for Bieber, nobody believed he was capable of impregnating anybody anyway so he earned the benefit of the doubt from day one.

Justin Bieber Plans To Sue That Chick
Justin Bieber is pissed off that his image of adolescent innocence along with his good name have been spoiled by that hick chick who claims she screwed him in the back of a building near a public toilet.
The woman also claims Justin admitted to her that he was a virgin during the alleged romp.
The would-be concubine, Mariah Yeater, has been dragged all through the press, who’ve managed to uncover her seedy criminal past and everything else. And that’s just for starters. She must not have realized that the press goes into attack mode over Justin Bieber, huh?
Justin’s attorneys have vowed to make Yeater rue the day she fucked with Justin Bieber. No pun intended. That’s because Bieber’s attorneys have demanded a DNA test and have promised to sue the britches off Yeater as soon as the results come back which, Bieber’s attorneys say, will absolutely prove Bieber ain’t the daddy and that Yeater lied on Bieber’s penis, or whatever she claims he used during that alleged foray.
The only question now is, if Bieber wins, what will he do with the proceeds from the lawsuit, which likely will include all of Yeater’s worldly possessions, which amount to a grand total of one chicken coop and a mobile home?
Justin Bieber will take a DNA test in two weeks when he returns to the United States to prove he is not Mariah Yeater’s baby daddy — and after that, Justin and his team are going after her in court … sources directly connected with Justin tell TMZ.
Justin is in Europe now so he can’t take the test until he returns … but he is determined to put an end to what he says is a bogus scandal.

Shawty Lo Sued By His Label Boss??
Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo is being sued by the head of his ‘D4L Records’ label and another producer for about $30,000 for tracks and production allegedly not paid for.
The lawsuit was originally reported by Jacky Jasper on HollywoodStreetKing.com:
“Producers Cory Way and Teriyakie Smith filed the lawsuit last week against Shawty Lo and D4L Records in the Fulton County Superior Court. The producers claim they had an oral agreement with Shawty Lo and D4L Records, which was supposed to have amended their original, written agreement.
According to their complaint, the pair agreed to produce Shawty Lo’s album Units in the City, which was released on a Asylum/Atlantic Records in February of 2008″.–(DiaryOfAHollywoodStreetKing.com)
The lawsuit was filed last week in Fulton County Superior Court. The case will be heard by Judge Constance Russell.
One of the plaintiffs in the suit, Cory Way (AKA Born Immaculate), had been in charge of D4L Records and is a longtime Shawty Lo acquaintance.
Way was also the producer behind D4L’s massive 2006 hit, “Laffy Taffy”, which brought the group to the music mainstream. So this lawsuit isn’t just about music–its evidently about failed friendships and intra-label disputes as well.
Maybe they can sit down and work this all out as friends before it actually goes to court? Otherwise, this proves an old saying true: Friends and money damn sure don’t mix.

More Women Are Looking To Join Lawsuit Against Gucci Mane??
More bad news for Gucci Mane. Word has it that at least three other women have contacted the attorney representing Gucci Mane’s accuser to try to get in on the pending litigation against the Brick Squad rapper. As you know, Gucci’s serving 6 months for allegedly hurling a woman out of his moving Hummer when she refused his alleged request for a $150 booty call that was supposed to have just been a breakfast date.
Word has it these new accusers are claiming Gucci put a foot up their asses too.
However, it appears the new accusers don’t have any proof of their claims so this may be just a case of groupie love or fan obsession gone bad.

Kanye West Sued By Ochocinco’s Dad (Musician Syl Johnson) Over ‘Watch The Throne’??
Blues and R&B musician Mr. Syl Johnson, a man whose career spans five decades and boasts more than a dozen albums under his belt, says he was stiffed by Kanye West, who Syl says sampled his music and didn’t credit him for it.
“…He didn’t pay me…he used my style, my sound, my likeness.”–(Syl Johnson)
Aside from being a well-noted musical artist, Mr. Johnson is also father to the New England Patriots player formerly known as Chad Johnson but is better known these days (and ridiculously so) simply as Ochocinco.

T.O. Pays Up, Won’t Go To Jail Over Back Child Support
There’ll be one less baby daddy headed to jail soon. Superstar football player and reality TV star Terrell Owens has satisfied his baby mama ( and a court order) by paying his delinquent child support obligations, according to the AJC:
Owens was due in court Tuesday on a contempt charge after falling behind two months and $10,000, said Randy Kessler, Melanie Paige Smith’s lawyer. It was the second time this summer Owens was late with his $5,000 monthly payment.
In July, the 37-year-old former wide receiver blamed the NFL lockout in claiming financial hardship, saying he would only be able to afford $2,500 a month. His request was denied and and he settled by paying the $10,000 owed for June and July, along with attorney fees, Kessler said.–(AJC)
Though T.O. has a reality show paycheck coming in, he’s not getting any bread from the NFL right now. That’s because T.O. suffered an injury and that may be the reason he hasn’t been picked up by a team yet. The NFL season is entering its fourth week.

Damon Dash Cited For Bootleg Liquor, Fake Club
Damon Dash’s well-publicized public collapse is once again making the news, this time because the one-time Hip Hop mogul is being accused of operating a makeshift club that infuriated neighbors in the upscale, lily-White residential NYC neighborhood where these White folks obviously don’t enjoy Hip Hop. The city also says the club was packed with bootleg liquor.
The City of New York has summoned Dash to appear in court. He supposedly vacated the building in June but neighbors claim the supposed art gallery was really a front for a party spot where neighbors claimed “thugs” congregated.
Hasn’t Damon figured out by now that loud Black dude+White neighborhood=police being called? Which means #fail.
“Sometimes the four-story warehouse is a sprawling art gallery; at other times, it’s a photo studio, or an indie band’s rehearsal space.” To Tribecans, it was “a front” for a suspected unlicensed club, a nuisance, a disturbance.
DD172 hasn’t been operational since June, when the Tribeca Citizen observed stuff being moved out of the space at 172 Duane Street. Yesterday, the quiet block where the club was located—located in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in New York—rippled with interest as the city brought legal action against the building’s owners.
At around 4:30 p.m. yesterday, cops served the property with a court summons and order to show cause. The defendants, 172 Duane Street Realty and “Jane and John Doe” (the tenants, i.e. Dash and associates) are accused of six counts of storing and selling alcoholic beverages without a license, as detailed in court documents obtained by the Voice. DD172 was caught violating the liquor code for the first time in November 2010 and as recently as May, according to the affidavits of police who investigated the club.

Master P Money Drama: First It Was Child Support, Now Its This…
Back in the late 1990s, New Orleans’ Master P had everybody saying “uggh” but these days, he’s got people saying “uhh, uhh, uhh”-and nah nah nah, too. Why? Because the man who built the nearly billion dollar Rap empire that was ‘No Limit Records’ is once again in the news, but not for his music, but instead for allegedly stiffing some employees out of their reportedly agreed-upon bread.
At the center of this latest drama is a claim brought forth by folks who worked on P’s less than thrilling Indie film, “Uncle P”. They filed a previous lawsuit and reportedly won but they say P never straightened them, so now they want a bankruptcy court to force P to pay.
Such a move could see what’s left of P’s assets being placed under the oversight of a court-appointed trustee and might ensure the workers get what they claim P owes them.
Mtv Cribs Master.P – MyVideo België
These are tough times for Master P., 44, who is not just a Southern Rap pioneer and legend but an overall Hip Hop icon as well. Once on top of his game, P. is now well-acquainted with personal drama and financial disaster; after exploding onto the scene in the mid 1990s, by the close of the decade, P had a roster of massively popular artists that included himself; Snoop Dogg; his brothers Silkk The Shocker and C-Murder; Mystikal; Fiend; Mia X and others. Anchored by a massive distribution deal with Priority Records, the sky seemed to be the limit for No Limit.
By 2003, however, after millions of records sold, a movie here and there, successful tours and a number of gold and platinum hits, No Limit was bankrupt.
Artists signed to No Limit reportedly quickly jumped ship; others who had been promised contracts with the once formidable label found themselves in a precarious limbo. The label that claimed a tank as its logo started looking like a twisted scrap of rusty metal.
In the middle of the bankruptcy scandal, P even managed to get arrested a time or two on gun charges.
And just a few months ago, baby mama drama caught up to P as his longtime love, former wife Sonya Miller, went public with a child support case against P. She claimed he was hiding cash. A Louisiana court ordered P to pay the relatively paltry amount of $271.00 per month in support, after he offered documents that claimed he only earned around $1,400 a month in income. Meanwhile, Sonya was reported to be trying to dig deep to find some loot.
She might have to dig really, really deep. Rumors have P owning far less than the $600 milli he was said to be worth a bunch of pecan seasons ago. But if P is really broke–or damn near it–its an astoundingly stunning collapse of a man who was one of Rap’s very first moguls. And it makes you wonder what the hell was P thinking when he blew through all that loot? Surely he didn’t think his grunting and moaning was gonna top the charts forever, did he?
Child support drama, unpaid employees, court cases and even arrests. What a shocking set of misfortune and a hot mess on top of that.
