Are T.I. And Young Jeezy In Decline??
As a devoted patriot of my city, any time I hear an anthem dedicated to The A, it gets my attention. But I don’t know about this track. Its like the 20,000th track either of these two has done about Atlanta and the streets and at this point, I think we get it: T.I. and Young Jeezy are street niggas who happen to drive Porsches and Lambos and live in mansions.
Sadly and in all realness, this track is hot but its not the awe-inspiring offering that I think two of Atlanta’s foremost acts expected it would be when they came together for the project.
Now in their 30s, are we now witnessing something unthinkable: The beginning of the impending decline of Jeezy and T.I.?

T.I.’s ‘Family Hustle’ Episode 2
Evidently, T.I.’s new show sent a lot of women into orbit because they think Tiny is too submissive or T.I. is too dominant or something like that. But you already know that those same women would sacrifice their first born chirren’ to swap places with Tiny. Which explains why there are more female groupies than male groupies, I think.

T.I. Clarifies His Comments On Gays; Credits Eminem For Helping Him Conquer Drug Addiction
T.I. is actually getting better at carrying on what sounds like an intelligent conversation. Its still kinda awkward listening to him use multi-syllable words but props to Tip for evidently mastering those Hooked On Phonics courses. In this 3 minute interview with TMZ, T.I. clarifies earlier comments made to VIBE in which it was reported that T.I. was leveling resentment at the gay community, which Tip denied.
Evidently, T.I. was trying to make the point that gay people try to shut down anybody who criticizes them and that gays are overly-sensitive, which evidently deprives T.I. of the joy of telling gay jokes when he feels like it.
Hilariously, the irony here is that T.I. criticized people being shut down for speaking ill toward gays and that appears to be exactly what happened to him, per Harvey Levin, who left the rap superstar no wiggle room. Neither apparently did many of his corporate sponsors and record company people.
In other T.I. news, he credits fellow rapper Eminem with helping him overcome his drug problems. At least until he gets pulled over again, maybe?
“I haven’t had a chance to speak to Em since I’ve been home,” T.I. said. “I heard that while I was down, he was trying to get in contact with me, but I don’t know if the dots just didn’t connect. [Eminem] overcoming his own adversities, winning the battle against his own demons and continuing to break the mold and re-set the standard of what it means to be the most successful hip-hop artist in the game … I salute that to no end.”

T.I. Hates Critics, Gays, 50 Cent And Probably Thinks The Feds Were Too Hard On Him
T.I.’s upcoming VIBE Magazine cover–in which his face is heavily airbrushed–hits newsstands next month but when the excerpts hit the Web last night, tongues wagged. His comments basically saying that gays are un-American and have too many rights got most people’s attention. Plus his defense of his ride or die marriage and his decision not to let wife Tiny take the fall for that rolling drug lab slash Maybach they got arrested in last year also turned heads. And some folks think it sounds like Tip hates 50 cent but chose not to say so directly.
But then there’s his comments basically saying the feds cover so much shit up all the time that you can’t even be sure if terror king Osama Bin Laden is really dead or not:
If that really happened…. Man, I’m a conspiracy theorist by nature. You can’t experience the federal penal system and not be somewhat skeptical.
Ummm, how skeptical can you be after serving just a few months in the feds for gun and drug charges? But it is true that you never know what the feds are up to. However, I’m thinking T.I. is still mad at the feds for taking him away from his family, his life of luxury, and his occasional nose candy.

Viewers will get a behind-the-scenes look at the most private moments of the Grammy-winning artist as he is reunited with his wife, Tameka (a.k.a Tiny), and his children following a 12 month prison sentence that was completed several months ago.
The new series follows the “King of the South” at his most vulnerable, as T.I. re-acclimates back into his life as a father, husband, son, musician, apparel magnate, businessman, actor and best-selling author (Power & Beauty).

T.I. Visits Chelsea Lately
Still on the promotional circuit for his new book, T.I. visited ‘Chelsea Lately’ in Cali last night and you already know there was lively banter.
At one point, Chelsea joked that T.I.’s teeth were white and pretty and she questioned what he’d done in prison to keep them that way.
In turn, T.I. teased Chelsea about her rumored romance with rapper 50 Cent.
Otherwise, its just a regular Chelsea interview with a superstar guest. She’s satiric, funny and blunt, but she never goes too far.
T.I. is pushing his new book like its weight. Can’t knock his grind though.

T.I.’s Son Is A Rapper??
Fans got a treat this weekend at the Atlanta leg of the “Scream” tour: Performers included Ciara; Jermaine Dupri; Diggy Simmons; Lil Trill; Mindless Behavior and more.
The show went down yesterday at the city’s famed Fox Theatre in downtown Atlanta.
Spotted in the crowd, enjoying the show, were a number of other celebs, including Monica.
But the real surprise came when rapper T.I. hit the stage–with his eldest son, Domani, who is now a rapper going by the name “G -Money”. Evidently, Tip’s son has decided he’ll follow the lucrative career path of his superstar dad. From what’s been said by people who saw the show, Jr. T.I. isn’t half bad, either.

T.I. Says “My Return Is Upon Us”; Confronts New York DJs, Says Atlanta “Absent” Without Him
T.I. has been making his rounds in New York, appearing at several events and doing interviews with various TV and radio shows in the Big Apple, mostly to promote his new novel, “Power & Beauty”.
On one of his stops, T.I. went head to head with Hot 97′s Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg–two DJs who criticized Tip for partying and carrying on during the weekend of the BET Hip Hop Awards show in Atlanta. The DJs say Tip recklessly put himself in the midst of lots of drama, alcohol and other stuff even though T.I. is still on probation. BET Hip Hop weekend happened to coincide with Tip’s release from that halfway house.
T.I. says it was his obligation to be out in the streets having cocktails and getting paid to appear at various venues because Atlanta is his city and Atlanta was absent without him.
“My return is upon us”, T.I. told the DJs. “My presence is needed…this is the return of me and my town”.
Damn, Tip, you got out of jail and went to the clubs and had some drinks. Its not the Second Coming Of Christ, dawg.
Its true, other people probably would have laid low that weekend considering the probation thing. But I can also understand T.I. defending his right to party and get paid for it, even if he’s on probation and the whole world is watching. After all, its his life and he’s a grown ass man. Since when have DJs become life planners?
